Important information!
Oral Presentations:
Each oral presentation has a total duration of 20 minutes: 15 minutes for the presentation followed by 5 minutes for questions and discussion.
Poster Guidelines:
There is no official poster template — participants are free to prepare their posters in any format they prefer. Poster stands suitable for A0 size will be provided; A0 posters are preferred and encouraged, and A1 posters are also acceptable.
Poster Setup and Display:
Poster stands will be available from Tuesday morning. Posters should be set up during registration on Tuesday. The poster session will take place on Wednesday afternoon, and posters may remain displayed until the end of the conference.
Presentation Guidelines:
There is no official presentation template — presenters are free to use any format they prefer. Presentations must be submitted as either PPTX or PDF files via USB flash drive (pen drive).
