Joint 23rd International Heat Pipe Conference (IHPC) and the 17th International Heat Pipe Symposium (IHPS)
The following guidelines provide essential instructions for submitting extended abstracts and full papers for publication in the conference proceedings.
Important: The submitting author must be registered in the conference management system before submission. All abstracts and papers must be uploaded via the official conference management platform.
In the papers submission form, fill in the authors’ names, affiliations, title, abstract, and keywords.
All submissions must be written in English. Authors who are not confident in their English writing skills are strongly encouraged to have their contributions reviewed by a professional language editor before submission.
Extended Abstract
The extended abstract should:
- Describe the objectives, context, and relevance of the research.
- Present the adopted methodology, expected results, and preliminary conclusions.
- Include all co-authors and their institutional affiliations.
- Be no longer than two pages.
- Please note: there should be no “Abstract” or “Acknowledgements” sections in the extended abstract.
Review process: Each extended abstract will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee.
Formatting: The extended abstract must follow the official conference template.
Deadlines:
Full Paper
The full paper should:
- Clearly present the objectives and scope of the research.
- Include a thorough literature review to demonstrate the original contribution to the state of the art.
- Provide detailed methodology to enable reproduction of the results.
- Present high-quality figures and results, followed by in-depth analysis and discussion.
- Summarize the conclusion.
Observation: The length of the paper should be from 4 to 10 pages.
Formatting: The full paper must follow the official conference template.
