We are pleased to announce that submissions are now open for the 23rd International Heat Pipe Conference (IHPC) and the 17th International Heat Pipe Symposium (IHPS).
Submission Guidelines
The purpose of these instructions is to provide clear guidelines for the submission of extended abstracts for publication in the conference proceedings.
- The submitting author must be registered in the conference management system.
- All submissions must be made through the official platform:
https://www.conftool.net/ihpcs2026/ - All documents must be written in English. Authors who are not fully confident in their English writing skills are strongly encouraged to have their contributions reviewed by professional English language editors.
Extended Abstract
- Length: should be no longer than two pages.
- Content: Should describe the objectives, context, and relevance of the research, the methodology, results (if possible), and the study’s preliminary conclusions.
- All co-authors and their affiliations must be listed.
- Recommend at least one figure, table, or graphical illustration to convey the main idea of the paper.
- Prepared using the conference template (available on https://ihpcs.org/ihpcs2026/).
- Each submission will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee.
- Please note: there should be no “Abstract” or “Acknowledgements” sections in the extended abstract.
The author who logs into the submission system and uploads the abstract will be considered the Corresponding Author of the article.
